The base and the UFO both have magnets that lift the UFO making it almost float. When you turn on the base and give the UFO a slight spin, electrical induction pluses spin the UFO faster and faster until a centrifugal force switch is activated and the UFO begins its light patterns. Top has a 3 1/2" diameter; base has a 5" diameter. Cycles through 64 different color patterns!
