When will my order ship?

Most orders placed before Noon (EST) Monday – Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after Noon Friday and during weekends will ship Monday.

Where will my order ship from?

Orders will ship from our store in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?

We do ship to Alaska & Hawaii, but additional shipping fees apply. Also, free shipping discounts do not apply to orders to Alaska & Hawaii

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to United States addresses.

What is your return policy?

It is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves on the variety and quality of merchandise we offer. If you find reason to return any item, we ask that you to notify us and return the item within 30 days of receiving your order with a reason why you wish to return the item(s). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund you the full item price (We cannot refund shipping in this circumstance). We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase.

Will I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

We charge state-specific sales tax to all orders shipping to North Carolina.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Absolutely! We offer FREE gift wrapping for all orders placed on www.ToysAndCo.com! The only exception is on some oversized items.

Changed Your Mind?

No problem! Simply return the item to us and we will refund you the full item price (We cannot refund shipping in this circumstance).

Please note:
The item MUST be unused and in it’s original, unopened package. The item needs to be in resalable condition. Once an item is opened it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Are your toys safe?

All Toys & Co. toys meet or exceed government standards for child safety. Please see our Toy Safety(Link to toy safety) section for more information.

Is my information safe?

We will NEVER sell or rent your information to a third party. Online credit card orders are processed through a secure server and as safe as using the card in person.

Problem With Order?

If your reason for return is determined to be our error or a defective item, then we will either replace the item for you, or give you a full refund including shipping costs, and we apologize. If the item was part of a multiple item order, then a portion of the shipping cost will be refunded.

If you do need to ship an item back to us, we highly recommend using a carrier that provides insurance as we are not responsible for losses or damages of returns.
